What You’ll Do at Smartly

Build with purpose: Develop and refine software for the largest online advertisers globally, impacting millions of users.

Level up your skills: Master technologies like React, Typescript, and Node.js while adding real-world experience to your portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

Problem solvers: You’re a curious, creative thinker who loves to tackle complex challenges head-on.
Hands-on experience: Whether through internships, side projects, or previous roles, you have a passion for web development and a growing technical skill set.
A love of learning: You’re eager to grow and take on new challenges in an environment that encourages feedback and development.
Solid technical foundation: You’re familiar with technologies like React, NodeJS, Typescript, and have an understanding of typed languages and testing.
English proficiency: As the official language at Smartly, you should be comfortable working in English.
Hybrid flexibility: You’ll be based in our Helsinki office at least 3 days per week.

Program Details

Apply by: 16.02.2025
Application process: Initial call with the recruiter, live JavaScript coding interview, and a final interview with your potential team manager.
Start date: Ideally 05.05.2025 (37.5 hours per week), but we are flexible with that.
Duration: 6 months, with the opportunity for a permanent contract afterward.
Compensation: €3,000–€3,200 base salary + benefits (e.g., lunch and wellness benefits)
