As a Finnair trainee, you are a solid part of the team from the very beginning. You will work as a full-time member of our experienced teams and gain practical and hands-on work experience during your trainee program. As a trainee, your responsibilities will depend on your background, capabilities, and own preferences.

Takeoff is aimed at students and recent graduates from the field of Business, Economics, Technology, or other relevant area. It is a paid, full-time trainee program lasting from 4 to 6 months, starting flexibly in April-May. The trainees work in different teams around the Finnair campus near Helsinki Airport or in a hybrid model combining in-office and remote work.
